Mira Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Mira, an MLApps SL application that generates personalised style analyses from photographs. By creating an account, continuing after accepting these terms, or using Mira, you confirm that you have read and accept them. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
1. The service
Mira provides hair, outfit and colour analyses, visual results and style recommendations. To provide the service, we may process the photograph you submit and the style information you enter. Features, limits, prices and availability may change when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
2. Account and access
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity from your account and should tell us about unauthorised access. If you are 13 to 15 years old, you need verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
3. Tokens, purchases and use
Some features consume tokens. The cost of each analysis is shown before it starts and the balance is updated when the job is created. Tokens are consumable credits and do not expire, unless applicable law or the payment platform's rules require otherwise.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and may be technically managed by RevenueCat. The price, currency and purchase terms are shown by the store before confirmation. Purchase refunds are handled under the rules of the relevant store.
4. Failed analyses and refunds
If an analysis cannot complete because of a service failure, Mira attempts to return the tokens charged automatically. The return may wait for job reconciliation and will appear in token history. A completed analysis whose result was delivered is not automatically refunded, without affecting your statutory rights or store policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Mira unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, submit illegal or abusive content, bypass security controls, automate requests in a way that harms the service, manipulate balances or purchases, or repeatedly claim welcome credits. Only submit photographs you have the right to share and obtain permission from other people shown in them.
6. AI-generated results
Results are for guidance and are generated automatically. They may contain errors, omissions or suggestions that do not fit your preferences or characteristics. Mira is not medical, dermatological, legal, professional salon or other specialist advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional and do not rely on an automated result as the sole basis for a health or safety decision.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use your results lawfully. We do not promise that a result will remain available indefinitely if you disable cloud history, delete your account or the retention period in the Privacy Policy ends.
7. Intellectual property
MLApps SL and its licensors retain rights in Mira, its software, design, brands and materials. These terms do not transfer those rights. You retain rights you have in photographs you submit, subject to the technical licence needed to provide the service.
8. Availability and liability
We operate Mira with reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or decisions based solely on an automated result. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend an account for breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. You can request deletion in Profile → Delete account or through our public deletion page. A request starts a 24-hour grace window; after it ends, data described in the Privacy Policy is erased except for categories retained by law or for abuse prevention.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here and announce material changes in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
