Delete your Mira account

This page explains how to request deletion of a Mira account and what happens to your data.

1. Request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to Mira and open Profile → Delete account.
  2. Type the account email to confirm your identity.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

The app signs the device out. While the request is pending, you can sign in again to view its status and press Cancel deletion during the grace window.

2. Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@mlapps.es from the address associated with your account and state that you want to delete it. We may request additional information to verify ownership; do not send passwords or full payment details. We respond to rights requests without undue delay and at the latest within one month, unless a lawful extension applies.

3. 24-hour grace window

Important: the account is blocked from new operations when deletion is requested, but irreversible deletion runs after the 24-hour window. You can cancel during that period.

After the deletion runs, the account and its results cannot be restored. A purchase still being processed may receive a response from the store, but it does not reactivate the account.

4. Data that is erased

After the grace window we erase the authentication account and user document, profile and preferences, internal token balance and transactions, associated analyses and metadata, validation receipts, parental-consent requests, notification tokens, notification markers, redeemed promo-code records, avatar, temporary photos and stored results.

5. Data we may retain

This retention does not include your photo content or results erased by the deletion process. See the full Privacy Policy.
